Her experiences range from paraeducator, classroom teacher, instructional coach, school site administrator, district leader, and mom to her two elementary-age children. Carin holds a doctorate in education from the University of Southern California as well as a master's degree in educational administration from California State University, Northridge. She currently resides in southern California with her family, including two dogs and three birds.
