Lisa Rowan is a writer and editor based in St. Petersburg, Florida. She is a staff writer at Lifehacker, where she covers personal finance for the “Two Cents” vertical. Prior to that, she was a senior writer and on-air analyst at The Penny Hoarder, where she wrote more than 500 personal finance-related posts and launched the “Dear Penny” advice column syndicated by The Tampa Bay Times.
