Luke Smith is a Formula 1 and motorsport journalist based in London, UK. He is currently a Senior Writer covering Formula 1 for The Athletic. Before joining The Athletic, Luke spent ten years reporting on Formula 1 for outlets including Autosport, the New York Times, and NBC Sports. He also served as the host for the FIA Formula 3 press conferences through the 2019 season and has made both TV and radio appearances as a Formula 1 pundit.
