1
GODDESS OF WOMB ESSENCE
Come into harmony with your cycle

Chinese Element: Wood
Western Element: Earth
Empathy ◆ Harmony ◆ Jubilance ◆ Life
How do you feel about your womb space? About your cycle? How did you learn about your body and how it moves with the rhythms of the moon and the tides? This Goddess comes to us to speak of the womb, about how our lives are entwined in it, about how, as animals, we are part of the living whole. We sway with the heartbeat of the world, we pulse with our own inner ebb and flow. Perhaps your body hasn’t been in harmony with this rhythm. Perhaps you have been trained to disdain or resent your flow, to see it as a burden or that you have to whisper about it and call by other names.
This Goddess comes to you as a reminder that you are animal. That your body flows and ebbs, and that you, you, are a wondrous, jubilant, and precious part of the whole. Your body is a blessing, and its waters and its blood will answer the sacred rhythm of the tides. And if your body does not flow as expected, release any shame or burden around that also, so that your body may ebb and flow in harmony with the tides too. And with harmony comes empathy, the love of all things in their pure form.

Practice
Sit comfortably with your hands resting on the lower acupoints above the ankles. This release is in the trees. Imagine yourself in a forest. Breathe in the wildness. Smell the trees, the moss, the mushrooms. Smell the sap. Feel the bark of trees, the leaves beneath your feet. Hear the sounds of the forest, the birds, the whisper of the wind, maybe a trickling brook. How alive and wondrous are the rhythms of nature? Spring, summer, autumn, winter. The tides. Sway as you breathe that, and absorb the wonder of the oneness of nature, with you inside it, within it, one with it. You are animal. Feel yourself allowing your body to come into total harmony with that pulse now. It feeds you, nourishes you, beats with your heart. Feel your womb space now. The dark and deep yin within your body, the heart shape that gives an offering to the tides with you or without you. She knows. Come inside her now. Feel yourself curled into that space, warm and alive and in harmony.
And now, while you are there, bless this place. Feel love and acceptance and empathy radiating out. Now, stroke up to your knees and, as you do, feel that love radiating up as you come into jubilant and ecstatic harmony with the Goddess within you. Let her gifts open your womb space for love as you continue to stroke up, upward only. And when you feel ready, allow yourself to find the exit. It is right there, feel it on your crown chakra, the top of your head. Push. And as you push, feel yourself come, slippery and naked and wild once more, through the veil of your body into the world again: harmonious and jubilant and alive.
Affirmation
I am wild and free, and I live in harmony
with all nature. My body beats in time with
the heartbeat of the world.
2
GODDESS OF QUIET CONTEMPLATION
The stillness of the forest
Chinese Element: Wood
Western Element: Earth
Confidence ◆ Grounding ◆ Contemplation ◆ Humility
This Goddess comes to you today to ask you to quiet your mind. Studies show that our neural pathways actually grow when we spend twenty minutes a day in silence. Life isn’t just about action and positivity and movement. It is also about quiet contemplation. When we are quiet, we allow time for our conscious and subconscious minds to integrate. With the constant noise and distractions of life, the world, and the news, you are ignoring vital updates from your own consciousness. Remember that you are a being capable of miracles, and that you are ready to manifest your own miracles if you allow yourself to listen and to trust your intuition. And part of that is being still in the moments between. Being able to ground means being able to access who you are without noise, distractions, or juggling life. Being humble means just knowing you are, without ego.
Practice
Find a comfortable place to sit where you can spend some time in contemplation of an imagined forest. If you can be in nature, that’s even better. Quiet your mind. Rub the points on your second smallest toe. Feel that. Now feel the rise of your chest with your breathing. Feel your body against your clothes. Breathe for a few minutes, considering the temperature of the air as it enters and exits your nostrils. Clear your mind. Any thoughts that arise, gently acknowledge and release them. Take a natural pause between breaths and feel what it is to be in that pause. Listen for the farthest sound you can hear. Now the closest sound you can hear. Release any thoughts that arise. Just be.
Do you know that the soil of the forest is full of root and fungal mycelial networks that talk to each other like sentient beings? Feel yourself opening your mind to that network. You are one with the forest. Let yourself travel along those networks that live and spark under the soil and connect to the whole forest and further—to all the life on Earth. Know that you are part of that whole; you are a beautiful, connected, and confident part of the universal whole. Breathe and listen and just be. At any time in the future, know you can come back to this connected, humble place.
Affirmation
I exist between, behind, below, and above
the events of my life. My everlasting
Goddess self is always with me in the
stillness of my mind.
3
GODDESS OF THE FOREST
Tuned in to the oneness of nature
Chinese Element: Wood
Western Element: Earth
Hostility ◆ Unhappiness ◆ Transformation ◆ "In Tune With"
This is a Goddess that comes to us in times when we have been feeling conflict. Hostile thoughts, either your own or another’s, have been triggering unhappiness in you. It is very difficult to rise above these feelings when we feel like we are in a battle of wills. While it is important to have your voice heard, sometimes the only way to be free of this conflict is to tune it out. This frequency is not serving you, so twiddle the dial and find a better one. This may mean avoiding certain subjects with people or ignoring opinions and actions that don’t directly affect you. If they do impact on you, see if you can negotiate and find a compromise that suits you better. Ask yourself what you feel, what you want, and what you are willing to do to get there. Ask the other parties the same thing. Sometimes the solution is so simple once you have tuned in to a higher frequency. This acupoint is also helpful for tuning in to your own sexuality.
Practice
Place your feet on the ground; if possible, have your bare feet on the Earth. Gently rub the points on your feet for a minute as you contemplate the feelings of hostility and unhappiness. When in your life have they been triggered? Is the hostility yours or is it coming from others? If it is yours, while you rub the points imagine the feelings breaking down and draining out into your lymph, then exiting your body through the detoxification pathways of the liver. As you rub the points, the feelings disperse into the ground below you. They are gone.
If the hostility is coming from others, where in the body is the hook that hurts you? See that place now—feel it, hear it, smell it, taste it. Hold the points gently as you acknowledge the hurt. Now, pull out the hook, gently. Send light to that place and feel, see, and hear it sealing.
Now, find the radio dial inside you that is tuned in to that old frequency; it is static, noise, disruption. Twiddle the dial until you can hear, feel, and see a pure and beautiful frequency, a protective and loving one. Tune in to that higher frequency and feel it relaxing your whole body as your entire frequency lifts to a new level.
Remember that you can rise above negative feedback, either from you or others, and tune in to others with an open mind and heart and communicate in love. Let go of "rightness" as you try to find the human behind the noise. Even if you are not heard, be authentic in your message and tuned in to love, and the frequency will help to bring your message to the other person’s unconscious.
Affirmation
I let go of the noise and communicate with
love and integrity and a genuine desire to
find peaceful solutions.
