But if the laws don’t apply to you, you can do anything you want. You just need the skills to back it up. And if you’re really good, you can become an elite assassin!

Rooftop culture might seem cool when you’re just watching clips on social media, but trying to live without your human rights is way worse than working a dead-end job. You can’t rent an apartment, go to the clubs, or get any kind of legit employment.
