About The Book

This journal will help you better understand your hormones and exactly how your body works.

Did you know that around 80% of women experience period pain at some stage in their lifetime? A further 25% of women report pain so extreme it disrupts their productivity at work and require regular pain relief medication.
Did you know that most women struggling to conceive can actually get pregnant? Or that the contraceptive pill completely shuts down the production of female hormones?

Our hormones are the undercurrent of how we experience life. Our bodies are built with incredible internal cycles that can be harnessed in different phases. If you are wanting to improve your skin, your weight or your fertility or manage any health condition or symptom you can think of, My Wellness Journal has motivating charts and prompts that will seriously aid in your healing journey. Whether you have a chronic health condition, suffer from PMS, or no obvious health issues at all, this book is for you.

The knowledge in My Wellness Journal is inclusive of all modalities of medicine - from functional medicine to Ayurveda - this is about informing you so you can find what works for you.

About The Author

Melissa Christie is an author, speaker, co-host of The PCOS Girls Podcast, PCOS fertility coach and mum to two rainbow babies. After a diagnosis with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) and the miscarriage of her first baby, Melissa began a healing journey that revealed to her just how segmented the health industry was. Melissa began sharing her belief that to heal and maintain health, we need to understand our own body, advocate for it and become aware of the many approaches we can take to healing, including those outside of western medicine. She released her first book and began receiving messages of pregnancies and improved symptoms because of the information she had shared. She became a fluent speaker about periods, hormones and fertility and an advocate for getting information about these topics taught in schools. Melissa currently spends her days running her business, growing with her family, and slipping in self-care practices every chance she gets.
